Monthly Make - December 2012

So, here's my final monthly make of the year, and I'm managing to post before the end of the year!! Obviously, they're both Christmas makes this month - my first make is this Christmas decoration inspired by my Advent calender ...
It's sat on my tree next to my new rubber duck bauble from Paperchase. I've had lots of lovely comments about this design from friends - and a couple of strangers when I was 'train knitting', so I think i'll be making a few as presents for next Christmas.
This is my new felt Christmas Tree brooch - I finally got some green knitting to felt (after a major error) and then it was a matter of sorting a few buttons from my tin and making my tree design.
Do you think I can get away with pinning on my coat until Twelfth Night?
