Yummy Yarn Swap - Part Two

I blogged about my Yummy Yarn Secret Santa Swap last Thursday - I loved the parcel I received, and I'm already knitting with my yarn - more about that when it's 'grown' a bit!
In the meantime, I've checked on Ravelry and know that my parcel for 'Jessiesgran' has been opened - with this swap, it is not a straightforward swap - you receive a parcel from one swapper, but send a parcel to another ...
... The only information I had was that my recipient liked primary colours and surprises!
As my recipient is a spinner, I decided to send her this humbug roving in the colourway 'Atlantis' ...

I also included a few other goodies in the parcel, including some brightly coloured buttons ...

...One of my crocheted pincushions, plus some pins and stitch-markers ...

... plus a knitting project bag I made using my own Spoonflower fabric 'Bird' in a colourway created just for this swap - it's not in my Spoonflower shop!

It's great fun being detective when you do these swaps, finding out what the other person likes to knit and the yarn weights and colours they likle best. I can't wait to see what 'Jessiesgran' does with her roving.
